We are partnered with appointed inspectorates for most of our Structural Warranty Partners, with Yellow Rose Consultants as an already existing Relationship Manager on behalf of the Inspectorate; this allows us to provide stronger communication between the builder and the inspector.

We regularly contact the builder, site manager, or direct client to ensure a smoother process, with less risk of an inspection being completed beyond the required stage of the build or conversion, potentially affecting the proposed insurance.

You will be appointed a personal Relationship Manager with your chosen Warranty provider, giving you the benefit of two points of direct contact for any questions you may have while obtaining your insurance.
