What we do:
- A full-time outsourced sales advisor for your clients, available to answer all your customer enquiries by phone or email, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm.
- Yellow Rose Consultants will purchase a contact number in your chosen area code for your business enquiry line.
- All calls and email correspondence will be white-labeled, ensuring we promote your brand.
- We handle all your leads and enquiries from our self-generated leads and other lead sources, including comparison websites, your business website & social media.
- We can introduce you to other tried and tested lead sources, depending on the number of bookings your business requires.
- Our customer management system will provide an automated and integrated customer journey for each client, which we can monitor to optimise sales opportunities.
- We will set up automations for each lead source; the client data is then automatically input into specified fields within our system; this then triggers a tailored quotation to the client, which ensures your client has had a tailored quote from your company within seconds of making their enquiry.
- We have an automated text service to provide a different communication method for your clients.
- We obtain e-signed terms of engagement from your clients.
- We arrange the survey bookings with the agents or vendors.
- We are affiliated with agents & mortgage brokers so that we can promote and network your business.
- Weekly reporting on leads, so you know exactly where your clients are up to, how you are performing, and what patterns are emerging to enable intelligent adjustments.

The cost:
